I am a 1st year PhD student in Economics at Università Commerciale “Luigi Bocconi” in Milan.
I hold an MSc in Theoretical Physics and recently graduated with honors from the MSc “Data Science for Public Policy (Economic route)” at University College London.
Previously, I worked for three years at HK3Lab, a startup, where I managed a research project sponsored by the US FDA and I implemented state-of-the-art AI techniques for supporting histopathologists in the image-based diagnosis during preclinical trials.
My primary research interests lie at the intersection of economics, data science and public economy. I am particularly interested in development economics, and the application of machine learning to economic data analysis.
