Purpose and access

Research Control Room is a private, personal research-planning tool operated by Lorenzo Gorini. These public pages describe the tool; they do not provide public registration or access to the private dashboard. Use is limited to the operator and people expressly authorized by the operator.

Authorized use

Connect only Google accounts and calendars that you are authorized to use. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, expose credentials, or use the application to access another person’s information without permission.

Calendar actions and responsibility

The dashboard displays Calendar information and can create focus blocks in its designated calendar at the user’s request. Review proposed titles, dates, and times before authorizing writes. Google Calendar remains the authoritative source for meetings and invitations. Check important events directly in Google Calendar if information appears incomplete or outdated.

Availability

The application is provided as a personal tool without a service-level commitment. Features may change or be unavailable during maintenance or third-party outages. It is not intended as the sole record of critical appointments or research work. These terms do not exclude rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and third-party services

The Privacy Policy explains data access, storage, use, and deletion. Google and GitHub services remain subject to their own applicable terms and policies. Research Control Room is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google or GitHub.

Disconnecting and changes

You may stop using the application and revoke its access through your Google Account at any time. Revocation does not automatically delete local records or previously created Calendar events; see the Privacy Policy for deletion details. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
